Reporting of Students for Admission in VIPS-TC For Admission in BA LLB, BBA LLB & LLM (2021-2022)

Candidates who have been allotted seat in VIPS-TC in BA LLB, BBA LLB & LLM programmes after online counselling by GGSIP University shall report to the Institute (Block – B) for admission and payment of balance fee and document verification from 4th October 2021 to 8th October 2021 (9.30 A.M. to 4.00 P.M.)

In order to maintain Social Distancing norms due to Covid – 19 Pandemic, candidate shall report as per schedule given below:

Note regarding Safety norms

• The institute strictly follows the safety and social distancing norms of COVID – 19 Pandemic. All classrooms, corridors, staircase have been sanitized. Arrangement of thermal scanning of students and their parents accompanying with them have been made at the entry gate. Sanitizing machines have been kept at various places in the campus.

• As part of safety measures students shall wear a mask (without valve) and carry hand sanitizer when they come to the institute for seeking admission. We request that only one parent/guardian may accompany the student to avoid crowd in the campus.

• All are requested to cooperate and adhere to the prescribed safety norms in the campus.

I. Candidates shall bring the following documents for verification:
i. Original Admission Verification Form (Appendix 4(a) Part E of GGSIPU Brochure 2021-22) and one photocopy self-attested.
ii. Two Photocopies of Candidate’s Profile (Personal Details) of GGSIPU submitted at the time of form filling ₹ 1,200/-
iii. Original Admit Card (CET -2021) and one photocopy. (If original Admit Card is lost obtain FIR).
iv. Two Photocopies of CLAT Rank Card.
v. Two Photocopies of Provisional Seat Allotment Letter.
vi. Two Photocopies self-attested of 10th Class Mark sheet (Original for verification).
vii. Two Photocopies of 12th Class self-attested Mark sheet and Passing or Provisional Certificate (Original for verification).
viii. Two Photocopies of Graduation Mark sheet (Semester-wise) and Provisional Certificate only for PG Programmes (Original for verification).
ix. Original Character Certificate and One photocopy (with date issued by (HOD/Principal of School or by the Gazetted Officer -Not older than 6 months).
x. Original Medical Certificate and One photocopy (Appendix 6 Part E of GGSIPU Brochure 2021-22) signed by MBBS Doctor.
xi. Original Anti Ragging Undertaking and One photocopy (Appendix 13 and 14 Part E of GGSIPU Brochure 2021-22).
xii. Original Notarized Gap Year Affidavit and One photocopy, if, applicable (in case gap after passing of qualifying exam (if passed in 2019 or earlier) on Notarized ₹ 10 Stamp Paper.
xiii. Undertaking from result awaited candidates for seeking provisional admission for academic session 2021-22 (Appendix 5 Part E of GGSIPU Brochure 202122).
xiv. Bring Original SC/ST/Defence Category Certificate for verification along with Self Attested Photocopies and also bring Online Document Verification Certificate issued by GGSIP University for SC/ST/Defence Category students.

xv. The students shall bring the following forms and appendixes duly filled in for which the link is given below:-

II. After verification of documents, candidates are required to deposit the balance fee through Demand Draft/Debit Card/Credit Card. The demand draft shall be drawn in the favour of “Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies – Technical Campus” payable at New Delhi.

The balance fee to be deposited at the institute which include university charges, student activity fee and security (refundable) are as under:

III. Fee will be accepted through Demand Draft/Debit Card/Credit Card (neither Cheque nor Cash will be accepted).
IV. Admission will be confirmed only after submission of balance fee. In case the student fails to report to the Institute by 4.00 PM up to 8th October 2021 and/or do not deposit the balance fee, his/her vacancy will be intimated to GGSIP University to be filled up through the spot counselling.
