The Tax Invoice should be submitted in the name of COAL INDIA LIMITED indicating GSTIN-19AABCC3929J1ZH of CIL Kolkata. Ex-Stock delivery is required GM( Finance), CIL Kolkata

The validity of your offer shall be for one month from the date of opening. The Seller will have to certify on the body of each bill that the prices charged by them for the ordered items are the lowest prices applicable to any other person/organization, private Co., Government department, undertaking of Central/State Government. “We certify that we are not banned by CIL/Subsidiary Company ”
In order to facilitate payment through EFT method, Mandate form/ necessary Banking details is to be submitted GM(Admin),Coal India Limited 1. You have to submit PAN No. and GST no. in your offer. 2. Registration with concerned RTO shall be arranged by you.
