Since this is final round of counselling, if any DNB Post MBBS or Post Diploma or Post MBBS 2 years Diploma seat is allotted /re-allotted to the candidate according to their choice filling, they should join without fail.
Eligibility criteria The candidates who are holding an All India Quota/Deemed university/DNB (conducted by NBE) seats are not eligible to participate in this round of counselling. If a candidate is getting an allotment /re-allotment under government /government quota seat in Self financing colleges or PG Management or 70% CMC(Vellore) in mop up counselling, he/she cannot claim seat in this mop up counselling.
All eligible candidates who are not holding a seat/upgrading have to register to participate in this Mop-Up counselling.
Fresh choice filling and locking should be done by the candidates.
Candidates who wish to retain their seats in previous rounds of counselling need
not participate in this counselling.
Eligibility criteria for Mop up Counselling:
The candidates who have applied and eligible after lowering percentile.
The candidates who have not allotted in previous rounds of counselling.
The candidates who have been allotted seats and Joined/not joined/discontinued in previous rounds of counselling.
For Reported candidates in previous rounds of counselling
Those who are willing for Re-allotment, they have to Register. Then their allotted seat (allotted in previous rounds of counselling) will be open for Choice filling for others in this counselling. The virtual vacancies will be shown for all the candidates whoever registered in Post Graduate Government Quota / PG Management/ DNB Broad speciality and 70% CMC (Vellore) counselling.
For Example,
If the Candidate (who have registered) hold DNB Paediatrics in Govt. Medical
College, Ramanathapuram, that seat will be shown for choice filling for others. If the
candidate does not get seat in re-allotment, that DNB Paediatrics in Govt. Medical
College, Ramanathapuram, will be treated as “Retained”.
If the candidate gets other DNB Post MBBS/Post Diploma/2 years Diploma
seat in Re-allotment, then the DNB seat allotted in previous rounds of counselling
will be allotted to other candidates in descending order, not in ascending order.
Re-allotted candidates must get relieved immediately from earlier institution
and to join in allotted college.
For not reported candidates in previous rounds of counselling:
His/her seat (which was allotted in previous round of counselling) treated as
vacant.
He/she cannot claim that seat (which was allotted in previous round of
counselling).
No Candidates can surrender/resign their already allotted seats in Mop-up Counselling.
If a seat is allotted/Re- allotted in this counselling according to their choices, they should join in the respective colleges or they have to pay penalty.
For DNB Post MBBS, Post Diploma and Post MBBS 2 years Diploma Courses
- Rs.10 lakh.
Unless the aforesaid penalty amount is paid in total, the candidates will not be relieved and original certificates produced by the candidates at the time of admission will be retained by the concerned institution.
As mentioned in DNB Post MBBS, Post Diploma and Post MBBS 2 years Diploma courses Prospectus clause 29 (a) Any remaining unfilled seats for want of adequate number of eligible candidates belonging to SCA community shall be filled by candidates belonging to SC community as per merit vice versa (G.O. (Ms.) No. 55, P & A R Dept. dated 08.04.2010). Hence SC candidates can register and choice lock for SCA seats also.
As mentioned in DNB Post MBBS, Post Diploma and Post MBBS 2 years Diploma courses Prospectus clause 29(b) Any remaining reserved seats in ST quota for want of adequate number of eligible candidates belonging to ST community shall be allotted to candidates belonging to SC community as per merit (G.O. (Ms.) No. 77 H & FW Dept. dated 24.02.2011.Hence SC candidates can register and choice lock for ST seats also.
As mentioned in DNB Post MBBS, Post Diploma and Post MBBS 2 years Diploma courses Prospectus clause 29(c) Any remaining unfilled seats in BCM community for want of adequate number of eligible candidates after exhausting the merit list shall be filled up on merit basis by candidates belonging to BC community without exceeding the quota for BC community as a whole(G.O. (Ms.) No. 30 H & FW Dept. dated18.01.2012).Hence BC candidates can register and choice lock for BCM seats also.
Candidates participating by ONLINE COUNSELLING for DNB Post MBBS, Post Diploma and Post MBBS 2 years Diploma courses will have to remit a non-refundable amount of Rs. 1000/- as processing fee through online by using a Debit Card /Net Banking or Credit Card. The candidates who have already paid processing fee need not pay again.
Candidates should be vigilant while choice filling.
Vacancy position for the Courses will be available on official websites.
Selection of candidates to DNB Post MBBS, Post Diploma and Post MBBS 2 years
Diploma courses shall be made by the ONLINE COUNSELLING on the basis of rank by
applying the rule of reservation/200 Point Roster method whichever is applicable.
Candidates selected for admission should give a self-declaration form at the time of the
reporting to the concerned Medical College that he / she is liable for forfeiture of selection /
admission if suppression of facts mis-interpretation is found at any time during or after the
admission to the course.
Candidates should pay the tuition fee and then download their provisional allotment
order and join the course in the concerned Medical Colleges on or before the date and
time stipulated during this phase of ONLINE COUNSELING.
Re-allotted candidates need not pay the tuition fee again.
The candidates should produce the following original certificates in person at
the time of joining in their selected Medical College along with the scanned copy of
original certificates to the concerned College.
NEET PG 2021-Score Card/ DNB PD-CET 2021 score card.
NEET PG 2021 Admit Card /DNB PD-CET 2021 admit card Aadhar Card
MBBS Degree Certificate or Provisional Pass Certificate and Diploma certificate.
CRRI Completion Certificate.
Permanent Medical Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India / State Medical Council or Provisional Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India / State Medical Council.
Community Certificate (if applicable)
TNPSC/MRB (through competitive written examination) Selection & Posting Order for service candidates.
Nativity Certificate (if applicable) with supportive documents.
Recent Regional Medical Board Certificate for Person with Disabilities.
Eligibility Certificate, if applicable.
Post Card size color photograph (4”x6”) the same photo that has been uploaded in NEET PG-2021/ DNB PD-CET 2021
Candidates are instructed to produce the above mentioned original Certificates/
Documents at the time of joining in the Medical College for certificate verification.
Candidates while downloading their provisional allotment order should pay the
non-refundable Tuition Fee via Debit Card /Net Banking or Credit Card.
Candidates are advised to be in touch with our official websites

Results / Notices / News & Events pertaining to counselling as Selection Committee will not
be individually contacting the candidates for the same.
